FAQs

Where do your IPs come from?

Our own network of home connections. Device owners opt in through an app, with a clear explanation of what sharing means. They can leave at any time. We don’t buy from resellers or resell to other networks.

What do device owners share?

Bandwidth only. No files, no browsing history, no personal information.

What do you see of my traffic?

Routing metadata only. We don’t decrypt TLS and we don’t store request content.

How can you charge $1 per GB?

We own the network, so we don’t pay a supplier or add a reseller’s markup. That’s why we can offer the same $1/GB rate to every customer.

How do I get the 250 GB free?

Sign up and add a card. We’ll credit your account with 250 GB of bandwidth on the same network paying customers use. The credit is valid for 30 days from when it’s added.

What’s blocked?

Government, banking and financial, adult, and survey/reward sites by default. Fraud, malware and unauthorized access are prohibited and monitored. Traffic runs over ports 80 and 443.

Do you offer mobile?

Mobile (4G, LTE and 5G) is coming soon. Residential is available now.
